This is the best Turbo Tax yet

I have been using Turbo Tax for going on 15yr's now, and this was about as easy to work with as it gets. You really did your homework Turbo Tax, thank you! Huge improvement on the state Tax side as well. This was seamless and smooth, you blew me away. Again thank you TurboTax.

TurboTax was recommended to me by a friend. After using a tax preparer for many years, I was curious to do my taxes on my own and I could not be more pleased with TurboTax! The program walks you through everything you need to do, box by box, and I felt confident knowing that I had all of the details I needed to file accurately. Highly recommend!

Everything went well

Everything went well except when I wanted to save a copy it showed me how to print it but not how to save it so it will be available next year. When I started this year it couldn't pull last year's information in until I went back, updated 2019 and saved it. After that it pulled in last year's data.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Have an Easier Version

It's good, but even with a simple return such as mine, it still takes too long to complete. Create an easy version of TurboTax for people whose returns are standard and use the standard deduction. Also, for customer loyalty, create a template for the coming year's return where all the standard information is automatically loaded up and preparation for the next year's return. When the final forms are approved by the state and federal gov't, all you have to do is load in your W-2 for the year and you are essentially done.
