Turbo Tax Deluxe Download

Very frustrated with this year's download. Software continually locked up when trying to go from screen to screen and data input. Had to keep changing display resolutions to proceed in software. Clitch somewhere in software. Frustrating enough that you may lose this long time customer!!!
