Went smooth and quick.

Entered the information following the prompts and had very little problems. Only problem was not on this this my taxes but on my Mother in law who is in long term care It took a little time to locate the LTC form. In the search function it was not easy to follow.

$60 processing fee not known until e-filing!

The $60 processing fee was not clear at the time of purchase. This was not known until e-filing! There is also an additional $20 e-file fee for both Federal and State and the initial software cost, the approximate total was $135. Actually, I did all the work. Considering the time invested, including record collection and key entry, a local professional CPA could have been retained for little more with audit protection included!
Alternatives will be considered for 2021. NOT HAPPY!

I like TurboTax but there is always an issue

I really like TurboTax but there is always an issue with my return being submitted. It won't ever accept BOX 15 "State Employers ID". Even when its automatically uploaded OR typed in manually. My coworkers have this same issue.
