Uploaded info was problematic

The uploaded info from a broker had a zero in a field which
Turbotax would not except. It required a blank field entry. The program would not allow a change. Without the change I was unable to e-file my tax return. After three calls to "experts," the problem could not be resolved.

Turbo Tax Easy

I find Turbo Tax easy to use and the search function helps when I'm stuck on something. It takes you step by step through questions.
