Worst year ever!

Most of the good parts remained. Nothing got better.
The attempts to deal with the EIP entries, especially in the state return, were disastrous. It was literally impossible to determine what the program was asking or advising.
You need to state up-front that there will be a $40.00 "program charge" is the person filing wishes to have the state e-file fee of $20 subtracted from the refund.
Intuit has to figure out a way to accept connections via a VPN. I know it is about security, but that is also what a VPN is all about. At the very least, if you cannot accept connections via a VPN, you need to tell the user that fact instead of having him waste 1-2 hours trying to figure out why his sign-in attempts are not working and everything just keeps going around in a vicious circle
Perhaps Turbo Tax 2020 caught the Coronavirus!

It seems confusing, hard a hard time this year

Did not explain costs at end. It was confusing, paid $49.00 for DVD/CD and then was shown a charge of $40 more for e-file. Knew in the past ME charged $20.00 for e-mail so we usually use regular mail. But not the $40.00

turbo tax imported some info from edward jones incorrectly but let me know during the review and i could fix the errors. First time I've had to manually correct edward jones info.
