Not what it used to be

The changes TurboTax has made are not appreciated. They have made their once easy process more convoluted by requiring various downloads and more restrictions on their products. Compared to years past now you get less for more and if you're late filing like I am they won't let you E-file anymore like they used to, which kind of defeats the purpose.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Can't believe I had to download software for this

Yes, I'm late this year. But at no point was anything made clear about my late filing options. I had to download software, free file was unavailable, I'm a student and have to pay every year even with $0 income, *and* e-file was closed so now I have to pay for international postage. The system won't let me save this year's return as a PDF, either. Only printed.
