Overall Good.

Overall, I found this year’s (2020) Turbotax Deluxe to be good. I did have problems entering some data using the “step-by-step” method, however, I was able to enter the data by opening and inputting it on the form and then switching back to the “step-by-step” mode.

turbo tax difficult to load, and not user friendly

i have used this product many times over the years, this year I found it difficult to load and very user unfriendly at the end, could not get a phone number for some help, after about 20 minutes i finally figured out what I was supposed to do, never had as much of a hard time in the past, will probably review my options for next year's filing

Fast and easy...

I have used TurboTax for years and they always provide an easy to follow program that is fast and accurate. I have never had a problem filing my taxes with TurboTax. I took 1 star away because this year they have the wrong information listed on how to find your AGI. They should be reviewing this data as it is critically important to be accurate. Their site claims that you should be looking at page 2 line 7 of your 2019 1040 return for your AGI however, it is actually located on page 1 line 8b.
