TurboTax has never failed me.

I have used TurboTax for as long as I can remember and have also had a very complete and pleasant experience using it. Now retired, my returns are so very simple compared to the years fo running my business, however, without fail, NO audits and NO problems.

Best tax experience to date!

I've been using Turbo Tax since the early 90's when it was on a diskette. Downloaded everything, that took about two minutes. Gathered my tax forms and sat down. Transferred last years info, updated for this year, and was done in 51 minutes, 44 seconds. Might not sound like much, except I recall doing my 1040 EZ by hand in the 70s and it took longer than this did today, plus, I got my errors fixed, something that didn't happen with pencil and paper. I also don't regret not having to visit the Post Office to pick up my tax forms. Glad I don't have to read a bunch of booklets explaining what I owe. I really am glad I'm not hunting information from tables. This is just fabulous and gets better every year.

Turbo Tax wasn't as good in 2020

The questions were a little confusing this year. Past years forms were easier to work with. It seemed to jump to sections without asking.
