Most frustrating experience of my life

I will never be using this software again. This was the most stressful experience of my life. The online version was much easier to use last year and I wish I had gone that route but Covid created some unforeseen circumstances that made this download necessary. I am angry enough I will probably get my taxes done by a tax professional for next year.

Two Entries are Redundant

It does not make any sense to me why a tax filer has to enter the Check Routing Number and Bank Account Numbers for both the Federal and State Returns. I would think that the number would be the same for an Individual Filer or a button could be used to carry the Numbers from the Federal Return to the State Return.
Also, the Federal Review looped three times. I am unsure why that happened. There were no changes made to the Return during this loop.
Other than those two issues that are frustrating, the product is a good product.
