It's so easy, and takes basically no time and puts your taxes in questions that you can actually understand so that it can maximize your refund. I'll never use any other service!! It's reasonably priced too!! I love TurboTax!

Staff member was very nice and knew what she was doing. Helped explain things so I could understand them, but after completing the entire process of answering all the questions in the program the result did not change. I still got an error message when trying to send e-file the forms.
