Screen resolution bug encountered twice.

In Dec. I encountered a problem with installation and your staff coached me to reduce screen resolution. This allowed the popup buttons to work. On Feb 4, as I filed, I needed to purchase the state efile and the popup "Lets complete the purchase online" again did not launch the needed browser window until I reduced screen resolution to 1024X768. Really, this should not have ever been an issue...let alone twice. The code should NOT be inhibited by the users high resolution screen settings. 1920X1080 is not unusual.
