Great overall for the money

I've used Turbo tax for years. However, there was a glitch in the process and no help options to resolve it. I have been retired for 5 years yet Turbo kept insisting I put in the state and zip of my employer on the W2 form. No other information was required to be inputted but that. I am not employed and don't know why the W2 form popped up. I was not allowed to complete my return without that info.

My only problem, and this isn't new, is opening the return once I start the return and every time I open the return it wanted to download there updates.

Endless updates of 248.5 MB why are the updates ALL THE SAME SIZE??? It's mind numbing, no software company always uses the same size update, why.
