TurboTax is very easy to use especially if you let it walk you through all the steps. Nearly impossible to miss income or deductions. Been using TurboTax for at least 13 years and am very happy with results.

TurboTax is ok

Touch screen device is not that great to use as you can only scroll if you can use the small bar on the right and any buttons to click, take several 'taps' to get it to 'enter'.
Help/explanations for 'fixing errors' is non-existent for what I was presented. I had no idea what was wanted and ended up guessing.
