Turbo Tax Issues - Every Year

I had to remove another program to get Turbo Tax to install. Then it appeared to load and just sat not installing or doing anything. I checked the Task Manager and it did not show as being open. I rebooted my computer, ran the exe file again and it took almost 10 minutes before it installed. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have all of my old files on the computer, and turbo tax could not find my 2019 file, so I selected it, and Turbo Tax said it failed to load. I had to manually input all of my data.
