Good for another year

Changing from Windows 7 to Windows 10 was a royal pain in the -ss. Learning a new system plus having to make a new account on TurboTax was even worse. But it was all done over a long morning and I have filed.

Overall good. Did not download some prior year information. Help line was excellent support but did not get survey on support person; who helped me find information I needed to correct and was difficult to find.

This is the greatest thing since sliced bread when it comes to struggling with taxes.. The way it leads you through the process is a godsend for an 82 year old that is not that good on the computer. Nice jog TurboTax.
