Everything is good except for one thing.

Everything is good except for one thing. Every time I would use the "Import W2" feature, I would ALWAYS get a comment at the end saying that the social security number was different on the W2 form when trying to electronically file for the state (IL.). As long as I went back to every return and filled out the W2 portion manually and not import it, there was never an issue.

Not as awesome as last year

Turbo Tax just acted clunky this year. The student tuition deduction section has a bug in it that does not take you to a menu of students but starts you with questions about the last student entered. I took college courses in 2020 and I really am not sure I got the best deduction when I compare it to my 2019 taxes

I attempted to contact one of your experts but could not find a way to do that. Not very clear. Plus, after I completed the returns, both federal and state, the software kept wanting to return me to several locations on the state return. Not clear to me what cells it wanted nor did it make any sense.
