Pretty decent software

Easy to use but could use some UI updates

I like how wasy Turbotax is to use. I don't have to worry that I missed anything or filled in the wrong box on a form. The User Interface has not changed in years. It could use some updates so that the process flow is a little easier. Like why is the continue button always on the bottom of the page?

So appreciative of this product - easy to use, step-by-step guidance, and more affordable than going to a tax prep agency. Gives you ownership over your own tax prep and provides helpful tips and information as you go, as well as references to relevant IRS publications to help one become more informed/educated.

My WHOLE 2021 Turbo Tax file has disappeared!

I had completed all the tedious work filling in all my Turbo Tax info to file my Joint Return,, saved it and closed Turbo Tax. A few days later I opened Turbo Tax to finish my daughter's return and my FILE WAS MISSING! WHAT!
