I feel in charge when I use TurboTax.

No waiting for the tax accountant. Can do my taxes at 3 a.m. if I need/want to. Confident in the results. They are in better touch with the IRS than I ever can be. I've only had to use expert advice once. That experience was good as well

Turbotax is the Gold Standard to file taxes

Turbotax has been my go to product for the past five years; I am not very techy however with Turbotax, they hold your hand and walk you through the entire process of doing your federal income taxes.

Good results

As usual the program worked fine. Only 4 stars because it 1. updates too much and won't allow you to bypass it like it used to (Particularly nice to bypass when you add form data as it comes in on a day to day basis then update the program once immediately prior to filing), 2.
doesn't remember my drivers license numbers from last year, 3. makes me tell it too many times that I'm not importing and will enter it myself, 4. doesn't have a simple box to check for canceling/removing a K-1 form for an estate that has been closed. Relatively minor stuff but aggravating when you're already aggravated about the taxes you pay and the portion that is wasted on pork barrel and other frivolous items by the government.
