Turbo Tax is too complicated

I have been doing my own taxes for over 50 years. It is much easier to sit down with tax forms and do the taxes that way than to work your way through the TurboTax program. The questions are sometimes convoluted and irrelevant, causing confusion all along the way. Previously used TaxAct for a couple of years, and it is much easier and more straightforward.

Turbo Tax is the only way to go.

Turbo Tax was very easy to use. This was only the second time I've used this software. It left me feeling like I paid way too much money for someone to prepare my tax returns in previous years. Next year will be Turbo Tax again for me hands down.

When I went to e-file the federal and mail the state, it kept coming back that I was e-filing the state also. In the end, it filed just the federal.
