Have been using TurboTax since back in 1998. Have always appreciated the thoroughness and accuracy. It is easy to use and the prompts pick up things I might miss.

Seemed Harder this Year

I've used Turbo Tax for a few years and it always seemed very easy with explanations of the questions. I had an income this year from a retirement account and I had to call my financial advisor to ask what kind of distribution it was. Maybe it was me...but usually I've found those explanations better detailed on Turbo Tax so I know the answers
