I thought I spotted an error in the system and reported it to them. I received a clear explanation why it was not a problem within a few minutes, on a Sunday afternoon.

Previous year's return on TurboTax was saved as PDF, which is not able to be imported. Thus information from last year's return needs to be entered manually.Importing previous data is a time saving feature and why we are use TurboTax every year. This will be the last time we use TurboTax. Also, updates and verifying seems to take a long time when starting up the application.
