You make it pretty easy!

Regarding 1040 line 4a and 4b. The program did not handle a rollover properly, in that it did not show rollover, which meant that the total distribution on the 1099 was considered taxable. Several "experts" in the forum took a try, but final SamS1 found the answer. I needed to have clicked "not rmd" instead of yes it was rmd. So kudoo's to SamS1.
I also noted that various comments in your notes to forms did not seem to be aware of the Cares act extending the rollover of previous taken rmd's to Aug 31. They were still referring to the usual 60 day limit.
Overall, with my rather simple filing, I find Turbo Tax very thorough and helpful. But it sure helps when, like I, one knows a little about the whole process. This is the second year I've used Turbo Tax, and plan to use again next year. You make it pretty easy.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years! I have NEVER had any issues after filing. The accuracy check has always pointed out any areas that needed clarification and offered suggestions to respond accurately. I will continue to use Turbo Tax!
