Crap program

The filing process is HORRIBLE. Try to make a payment and you get a blank screen. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and both the LLC tax return program and 1040 program has gone downhill.

Quick and Easy

I have been using TurboTax since 1991. Some years were better than others. 2020 is a winner. It was quick and easy. I feel confident that my taxes are complete, accurate, and safe when I use TTax e-file.

Seems buggy this year

Checked and checked and checked and still getting rejected due to AGI not matching from prior year. Also State refund does not match up with amount on summary page.

Excellent Tax Preparation Sooftware

The guiding questions took away my anxieties about filing these tax forms without involving an accountant or tax preparer. One thing I would change is when inviting a user to eFile, it would help to notify them before they choose that option that their AGI from the prior is required. That came as a shock, and it did not have access to the laptop my wife used last year to run turbo tax.

Disappointing

Extremely disappointed with this version of TurboTax. I felt it was not properly filling out the forms - Federal or State. It took many hours overs last year's returns to complete 2020 returns - and I'm still not confident that they were done correctly - we'll see.
