Couldn't E-file state even though I paid, errors

I paid for E-file of both federal and state, wouldn't let me e-file state and kept giving me error, due to form 1099-R being filled in exactly as sent by retirement company, still TurboTax wouldn't let e-file and asked for exemption.

The amount paid with Extension 4868 was difficult to get included in the tax return. This feature should be improved.
