Problem with clicking displays due to old resoluti

Could not purchaste state tax becasue GUI button would not click. Had to call and ask for help. said I had to degrade by computer's resoltion of pixels

Good but needs some areas corrected

Very helpful except for three areas that are reoccurring every year. For example, union provided legal service is processed incorrectly every year, which sends me online searching for hours for the correct answer. Another area that needs more guidance is the inheritance of an IRA.

Won't Buy Turbo Tax Again

I have used Turbo Tax for decades. When they stopped supporting Windows 7 I started looking for another program, but they all say minimum is Windows 8. So I bought a computer with Windows 10, thinking the problem I had with filing the State Return would be resolved, but Noooo. Same problem. So next year I am moving to a different tax software. Not sure which one yet. But Turbo Tax no longer gets my hard earned dollars.
