Always a great experience using TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for years..previously I did the work manually. With TurboTax ... you enter the required information and TurboTax does the rest. Always looking out for you...finding you the maximum return possible.

TurboTax is pretty good for Federal, but not State

Federal works pretty well.
AZ Tax Credit Worksheets are not user friendly and they end up carrying over the information incorrectly. Also, when partial tax credit is used, the way it chooses which credit to post is not correct. Also, the charity name in Step by Step already asks for the code, then the review pops up that we need to enter the code in the next column. Maybe you need to hire someone from Arizona to advise you on how it should work!
