Not clear - quality is slipping

1) 529 1098-T stuff wasnt clear implied my kid owed taxes when in fact they didnt - confusing had to go to web for solution
2) Installment payment wasnt clear - applied to IRS OPA and Turbotax didnt clearly give an option so I guessed.

I HAVE USED TT FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS AND THIS IS FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN UNHAPPY WITH LESS THAN CLEAR PRODUCT - YOU BETTER FIX IT.

Makes filing your own taxes easy

I love the ease of Turbo Tax and being able to file my taxed electronically. It enabled me to get the maximum deductions instead of taking it to a tax preparer.

Free and Easy like you are naked in a meadow

I get stressed every year doing my taxes. I thought I'd take a chance and try turbo tax. Wow! it was so easy and stress free. For those that worry like me they offer help and assurance for a nominal fee and it is worth every penny.
