The tax program is OK

Why do you print es payment forms for personal records etc etc - waste of paper and not needed.
Installation of the program was unbelievably hard - I like many others had to hire a computer person to install it for me. Unless there is an improvement I and many others will not be purchasing TurboTax again. That is the whole point of the program to be easy to install and use for novice computer users. Get back to basics and remember there are many many people who still do not use computers very much. Be smart and go back to the easy installation process!!!!!

Turbo Tax efficency recognized and updated new tax laws after my initial fileing that allowed be to obtain an increased refund amount.

I just can't say enough good about Intuit's TurboTax! I've been using it exclusively for God only knows how long now, but it definitely involved using a dial up modem. I've never had an issue, the instructions are very clear for the lay person like me, and you can rest assured your return is flawless if it passes their rigorous review of both Federal & State returns. I will never use another tax preparation software, period.

The signature passwords had to be changed several times to be accepted. We ended up with an extension. Numerous TT users I spoke with had the same problem.
