I had some challenges this year.

I have used TurboTax for a number of years. However there were a few changes that I was not aware of when filing. After some frustration I was able to speak to a real person and the then issue was resolved.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years!!!

I used to pay tax companies a lot of money to do my taxes and then was told that turbo tax actually asked the same questions and turbo tax walks you through step by step as if you were sitting with someone at a tax specialists. Much less money too.

Failed to e-file second consecutive year

My e-file return was rejected for the second consecutive year. Turbo Tax was unable to do what was necessary to get my return accepted when e-filed.

I'VE BEEN USING TURBOTAX PROBABLY FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. A COUPLE TIMES I'VE GONE TO AN ACCOUNTANT AND FOUND THEY DIDN'T DO ANY BETTER THAN TURBOTAX. BUT COST A LOT MORE MONEY. Issues I have with TurboTax is that they did not bring me back to where I completed each time I left and returned. They used to do THIS. Also I had trouble at the end trying to go back and make some changes and then go back through the review again.
