Great Tax program

I needed to do an amended return (which I never had to do before) and Turbo Tax led
me through the changes and even re-filed online for the Federal return

No Assistance on efiling if it errors out.

There is no wayto get customer service if your efiling attempts fail. There are also no error codes returned to try to help you fix them. Poor Poor Poor

Need help retaining information

The individual passwordword or id that is required for electronic file is not retained and if not written down can not file on line.
