It works every time with very little effort.

It was so easy to use, I didn't need any help from their assistants. I have in the past so I do know that they work as well.

The product is well designed and easy to use. The frequent checks built into the program are helpful and will catch unintended errors. Keep up the 5-star work. (Actually, I would give it 10 stars but the rating doesn't go that high.)

Turbo tax is....

I erroneously omitted my state tax deductions from the federal and state forms, leading me to owe a great deal. I really don't recall the form even asking for it. When running the error checker it showed that all had checked out and there were no errors. IT SHOWED NO ERRORS! Please review this issue for future tax years.

this was my first tax filing and i found it really easy to do and I learned something important in this next step in my life. Joining the work force was first and now what income tax and social security means and how it affects my life . Thank you TurboTax .
