LOVE that Turbo Tax explains everything so well

Have used tier 2 support in the past. I love how Turbo Tax will reference publications if I would like to learn more about the subject. I believe Turbo Tax has helped me understand the taxes a bit better. I've been using it for over 10 years now.

It took the my money for direct submission, but when there was an issue with my tax it didn't inform me that it didn't electronic submission

Feels deliberately convoluted at times

I have used TurboTax for 7 years in a row now. Every year, it fails to fully import my information from the previous year. The W2 imports have never worked. And it feels like the setup is deliberately difficult to import last years information if you filed online previously, but do your taxes on the PC software the next year.

Glitchy Product

I have used this product for years and its the first time I have been seriously disappointed. Following the check of my State return, I attempted to Save it and the software crashed. I had to completely redo the return. The second time it calculated the mortgage interest deduction incorrectly ($4,000 tax increase). I had to delete all mortgage information and reenter it to get it to calculate correctly. Definitely disappointed this year.
