Long time user of Turbotax...Love it!!

I am a long time user of your product for over 20 years now and truly love using it; however, this year and last year I ran into the same issue where it wouldn't populate the sales tax amount and I had to go digging around for how to make it put in an amount. I had to research what amount to put in there. I eventually found help on intuit website on the community support page, but it took me a while just to get past this one amount same as last year. I wish you would fix it please. Here's the link that walked me through forcing it to do what I needed it to ask me to fill in the missing pieces. https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/discussion/i-cant-finish-up-its-asking-me-for-total-sales-tax-and-local-tax/01/734458#M34271 Also, when it came to the summary, it would not show me the DMV amount for this year and it did that last year too. I tried to re-enter it and it still wouldn't show, then I had to go to forms to make sure it was really there and it was, so hopefully it's all good since I see it on the worksheets. Thank you for a great product.

only one issue with turbo tax

When you get to the ends and you are getting ready to file, if you hit the back button you loose your 1 free state return, this happens to me every year. Always cost me a extra 25.00. not fair. otherwise it is a great program.
