Too many glitches

The questions would direct me to items I did not have or could not respond far too often. For example, I had a 1095-C but it kept asking me to complete the information in 1095-HC.

TurboTAX is LAME!

Every year for the past several years TurboTAX has FORCED US TO UPDATE OUR MAC OS X! WE DON'T WANT TO UPDATE OUR MAC OS ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERY TIME WE DO THE PRINTER/SCANNER STOPS WORKING AND WE LOSE ALL OF THE APPS WE NEED! IT IS UNACCEPTABLE THAT ANYONE SHOULD FORCE US TO UPGRADE AGAINST OUR WISH! On top of that I could not even get 01 as the month for the expiration date of my credit card. I had to use a different card because the TurboTAX State filing fee charge window would only go as high as 02! LAME! And I had to repeat a bunch of stuff when I'm a repeating customer for over 15 years! SO WEAK! My wife is severely disabled and I take care of her 24/7/365 and don't have any time to waste! I found TurboTAX to be a complete waste of my time. If I could give negative stars I'd give -10,000 stars! We're switching to H&R BLOCK next year. And if H&R BLOCK tries to make us upgrade then we'll just do it the old-fashioned way! FORGET THIS! APPLE OS HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND WORSE EVER SINCE OS X 10.4 TIGER! WE'RE NOT GIVING APPLE ANY MORE OF OUR MONEY OR TIME. LIKEWISE FOR TURBOTAX!

Reliable

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have been genrally satisfied. This year was a little more frustrating, as my tax situation was slightly different (though not very complicated). My disappointment was in how difficult it was to understand some of the instructions for forms that I was unfamiliar with. The "up side" is the ability to load the previous year's tax information to make it easier to calculate the current year's taxes.

Last time I buy Turbo Tax

Turbo tax used to include 1 free state e-file with the purchase of Turbo Tax. Jokes on me for not reading the fine print. I shouldn't have to pay an extra 25 after paying 40 dollars up front for the deluxe version. If I'm going to pay 65, might as well go see a real person and support my local businesses...
