turbo tax NEEDS a lot of work

EXTREMELY difficult in getting my state returned filed and to make my payment. Called and talked to a VERY helpful gentlemen (Jando) sp? who got me thru it. As a long time turbo tax user, this year really SUCKED !! Will probably make use of another program next year!

I had my taxes done and ready to file thanks to turbotax on time. However! trying to pay turbotax to file them had an error and once all was said and done, I was late. I hope the IRS forgives me .
