What a frustrating experience, efiled 3 times, I have my correct agi from the IRS in a letter from them, you keep telling me its not right. Its the same amount on my return from last year and the same amount in a confirmed letter from the IRS.

Very bad experience. Turbotax Delux just did not have basically anything right. What use to take me 2hrs to complete taxes, I have well gone past 6hrs. Things were wrong numbers were wrong. It put down that I had a 192,000 medical deductions and could Not get rid of it. I finally had to file an extension I was running out of time and had yet another tax to do for my son. Next year if the same thing happens again. I am done with Turbotax.
