Harder than prior years

Overall I was able to get through ok, however, there were a number of times where the forms wouldn't load successfully and I had to manually enter details. Some of the sections weren't as clear to understand when forced to fill in details myself.

Simple to navigate, automatic import of last year's return and this year's W-2 forms saves time and avoids typing mistakes.

Was great until I had to buy the state program

I was happy with the federal filing on Turbo Tax but when I went to do a state return, it made me buy it for $45 + tax and pay to file even though I bought the Deluxe version which was marketed as including 5 fed returns a 1 state return. Now I'm just irritated with the program and I feel duped.

I needed my AGI so I could efile, but prior year return is non-existent. And I couldn't access city return to edit, so that had to be redone.

Billed Amount for State E-file not as shown

Turbo tax showed an amount of $20 to file my Georgia State Tax forms. When Visa was entered. The amount appeared as $25 not $20. I paid more to file than the refund. Why is there a discrepancy in the fee?
