Heroic stuff

As per usual, great and easy. I think there was a glitch in the MN state program that did not make it automatically obvious how to e-file (for the 1st time ever...thanks MN for waking up) the M1PR property tax refund. Going to the Help section fiied that...thank you.

It's Hard to Believe!

It's hard to believe, but for many years now, I do not hate doing my yearly taxes anymore and I owe it all to TurboTax! It is so easy (once you have all your tax records together - that's the hard part) to follow the TurboTax instructions and Voila!....your tax return is done! Many thanks to the TurboTax developers for making it as simple as possible to file.

software's good, getting it to run was a NIGHTMARE

I have used Turbo Tax for years and in the past the experience has been smooth. The actual software works great but I spent HOURS trying to get it updated - at one point it would not uninstall, repair, or update but just hung up. Had to uninstall manually, and use the alternate method to make progress. Then I got hung up in the state loop and had to download the fix for that. I work in software so was able to negotiate the special instructions, but it was a nightmare getting it to work. Can't imagine that experience for less software savvy folks.
