A glitchy year

Have used Turbotax for over 30 years. This year software seemed more glitchy than usual - asking for information during Error check that should have already been entered, error in date listed, and including payment vouchers in return even though not requested.

good: still has a error in the Maryland Pension

I use Turbo ax every year, but I still have to hand fix the issue of the qualified Pension in the 502 form for Maryland.

Adequate, but occasionally disappointing

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years, and have always been very happy with it. I have particularly been impressed by the thoroughness of the product, looking for every deduction and also looking out for any problem areas. However, this year, as I was entering data for my wife's mask-making business, I was frustrated by the product asking about every possible business expense except one of the most basic - the cost of goods sold. I do not know if that was because of our accounting method and inventory situation or not, but I don't see how that would have made a difference. I hope that will be addressed in TurboTax 2021.
