I have used it for many years, and while I still have to do some digging to address details about dealing with non-standard tax issues that never came up before, the software does a very good job and I think I'll continue to use it.

Same Bank Deposit and State Purchase could be bett

When you get to the part with how you want to receive a refund, the system asks you to input the account number and routing again, even though the system had it imported from last year's. How about just asking to confirm the data instead! Also, how about allowing the purchase of state efiling as a purchase option when I get the next year's download instead of interrupting my filing to go out to the store and then back. Waste of my time that I have to do each year - maybe give a discount for the two together to encourage the use of efiling for states. I have to believe that they would all appreciate it!
