Turbo Tax - installation problem

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This is the first time I have had mutiple technology problems getting the product uploaded to my computer. I installed and uninstalled at least 5 times and it would NOT load - very frustrating! I finally found an online suggestion to change the resolution in "settings" on my computer - and it finally finished the install. This was a pretty bad "bug" to deal with at a stressful time!

Everything was good until I went to e-file

I wanted to e-file both my free federal and my $20 (plus fee) state return but the software would not let me. It had me save but when I pushed continue it would not let me, and when I pushed for more help it also would not do anything. I read and tried many of the help solutions but nothing worked. I spent several hours trying to do what should have been a very simple task and ran out of time. At the last minute I had to print off a copy and have my husband run to the post office with it. I had no problem finishing it up all e-file last year. A very sour ending my Turbo Tax experience this year.
