YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT TURBOTAX!

TurboTax handled every aspect of our return perfectly. The step-by-step Q&A made sure I didn't miss anything, and populating this year's return with key information from last year's return saved tons of re-keying. The information I looked up was clearly worded, and I could actually understand it because it wasn't written in "taxpertise." The most useful software on my PC. I'm staying with TurboTax!

I love that it walks you through every step. It also has helpful links throughout the process in case you have questions or are just curious about something in the return.

Disappointed - predicatably . . .

I received notification that my return was rejected after I e-filed a short time ago. the system claims that my AGI from last year's return was incorrect, yet it was exactly what is stated on my filed return from last year. . . ?

As I said, excellent product but it needs some tweaks. Nothing major, but little things like scrolling for the state abb. instead of allowing for direct entering, little things, nothing major.

With constant changes to tax regulations/laws, it really should be easier to use the search portion of Turbo Tax and get a clear answer, not a vague similar question from another user. Also, it would be clearly stated that there is a charge to e-file state tax, not at the end when finishing.
