I paid $42 for a direct download and then found out I had to pay another $40 for state software and then was charged an additional $25 to efile my state return.

Weaker every year

Ever since I've started using it it can never figure out what NJ SDI or FLI is, even though it presents it later in the list of options.
It kept insisting on taking standard deduction even though itemized one was over 1000 bigger.
Put some bogus number for standard charitable donations even though I have itemized them.
I have less and less trust in it each year.
