Does not handle Foreign taxes at all

As part of my mutual fund investments I pay foreign taxes. I pay to 14 other countries; I tried to process each of these separately and failed miserably. I ended up just doing 1 big item to RIC. I don't know if this is correct or not. If the $ amount was higher, I'd worry a lot more, but since it isn't a hug $ amount I hope what I did is close to correct.

The only change I'd like to wee is to have TurboTax offer 2 simultaneous ways to pay taxes! The way I could do it all on one site, rather than going to the IRS and VA tax places to make my payments.
