Annoyed with the printing process.

I could not print my returns to mail and still haven't done so. And today is 05/17/21 so my returns will be late because I can't figure out how to print returns using Adobe. I have used Turbo tax for past 10 years with no problem.

I have used Turbo Tax relatively issue free for almost 20 years which make this year's experience all the more frustrating. The step by step guidance repeated froze and simply would not open on certain screens. I had to result to using the form view for some of my entries which is very confusing. Never again Turbo Tax!

I have used the product since the 1980's when it was MacInTax. It seems less automated than it was in prior years. I had to manually fix errors on forms that previous product versions did not allow using the Easy Step.
