Great Product But Slow

I have used TurboTax for at least 15 years. As usual it worked great and the improvements each year are nice. However, this year was the slowest year to install the product from disk and to run and execute through my taxes.

Not easy to navigate & boxes missing

You are forced to use the back button to return to earlier places in the Easy Step. Also, when I went directly to the form, I was not allowed to fill in a box with numbers. Two years in a row the section in Easy Step for filling in figures for expenses (insurance, utilities, etc) for Sch. C was defective. One could not see the full box on the screen. You could only fill it in effective by filling the lines on the Details option.

Turbo Tax 2020 ok-BUT

For several years Turbo Tax has been my "go-to" software for tax self-preparation. Usually there are no great problems. BUT THIS YEAR IS NOT THE CASE! There is an obvious bug with TT when it initially creates the TurboTax file but subsequently the file cannot be further accessed in 'write' mode because the permission has changed to 'read only' status. I think the Turbo Tax engineers has been extremely SLOW in fixing the problem.
