Easy to use the basic program. drop downs could be a bit more informative, Better access to IRS forms... I would like to get a cd delivered after buying on-line. No stores seem to have Turbo-tax any more.

So, if I closed my return to come back to work on it later, it would "forget" that I started a return and make me start over. It made me late with my taxes this year. I was infuriated.
