Paying Taxes Stinks, But TurboTax Doesn't

Turbotax makes it pretty painless. It takes you through things well and let's you undo things easily when you make a mistake. I like that. It's a pretty darn good system. The only complaint I have is when you go to buy audit support or to pay with your credit card, only the tinest little slice of the blue PAY NOW button is above the tool bar at the bottom of the display, and there's no way to scroll down. It's like that one page isn't formatted correctly or something like that. But that's my only complaint. Good job, TT. Now if you could make my upcoming colonoscopy and root canal easy as well, I'd really appreciate it.

Turbo Tax is Easy to Use

Overall a very good product for the price. Fairly easy to use if you have all of your paperwork handy. I feel that I did receive the most deductions I could with this product and the help feature is pretty good.

Good Product but not this year!

Lots of missing info of what needs to happen for certain taxpayers - so there were some places it asks for info and then it days 2don't fill in that info and doesn't tell you where to enter it. On another spot- if you pay online for the state tax to the state, there isn't a check box or bullet point to say it was paid outside of turbo tax!
