Turbo Tax is Great

We have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for over 10 years now and find that it is easy to work with as you have the option to have Turbo Tax, "walk you through" each section. We like that it has links with explanations related to changes that have been made or links to additional information. We also really like that Turbo Tax helps you find the most deductions allowed!

Prior year import glitch - help/explanations lack

For some reason the 2019 data brought in was not correct. I went back to my TT2019 file and pdf to confirm. I found this bug annoying since is skewed the comparison to last year. I searched for a way to make the adjustment manually and the online help only said to go amend last year's return which was correct. It was just one of the numbers that it imported that was incorrect. I did not cash out my entire retirement account in 2019 and double my income!
I find that the help and clarifications/explanations could be improved. I had to resort to looking for answers on the internet for several questions.
I've been using TT for 20 years but am beginning to see less and less value with a straight forward return given the cost of the product.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. There has never been a mistake on any of the returns I have done. Turbo Tax makes sure in the last review, that all is correct. I love it
