ERRORS, ERRORS, ERRORS!!!

TURBOTAX IS GETTING WORSE EVERY YEAR! ERRORS, ERRORS, ERRORS! KEEPS KICKING ME BACK WITHOUT EXPLANATION. MY RETURN WAS REJECTED! TERRIBLE.

Turbo tax need to tell people they need their AGI from last year to file electronically, I would not have used had I known this.

e-file is being rejected

I have used Turbo Tax (TT) since its beginnings. Now, I cannot e-file, although I have the correct AGI. TT pre-populates the AGI and have verified with IRS but it is still being rejected. Only difference was IRS has x.00 but TT is dropping the zero cents when it transmits.

Very disappointed!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year just before efiling it would not update so it would not let me efile! I have to mail the returns! I called my ISP and he did troubleshooting and said it was with Turbo Tax. Very disappointed!
